A medical
concept app
PhixMe is the portable pharmacy that fixes you. It is the prototype of
a medical application born after an in-depth market research. The app
is part of a context in which the population responds to basic health needs,
although often instead of going to the doctor to meet these needs, they search
on Google small health problems, causing serious states of anxiety and panic. PhixMe
is therefore an app that aims to combat cyberchondria, replacing Google and supporting
the doctor in the diagnosis of mild symptoms.

COURSE: ECONOMIA DEL PROGETTO
SKILLS: UI&UX DESIGN, BRANDING, BUSINESS STRATEGY
TRY THE CONCEPT APP: PHIXME
Challenge
The aim of the course was to develop an application that would adhere to the Two sided-market business model, i.e. an application that had two types of customers: on the one hand the users, and on the other the actual customers to whom the data received from customers is sold. In this way, the reference market, customer types, touch points and user journey were studied in depth: in conclusion, a swot analysis was carried out and then a working prototype of the application was created.
