From my passion for visual design and my passion for styling, an editorial and photographic project was born to give a new life to the Wax print a very original, colourful African fabric. To emphasize the potential of these fabrics, I took a series of shots - which I imagined could become an editorial in Vogue - to give a new personality to pattern so important both culturally and visually, imagining quite ordinary situations, which are which are enlightened and brightened by Wax prints.

Challenge
The set was created thanks to two spotlights, focused on the white background, on which blue and green jellies were applied: in this way I was able to obtain a homogeneous oil-coloured background. The light on the models, on the other hand, always came from above. Thanks to this arrangement, the result is an interesting but not overly dramatic light, otherwise it would not have matched the vibrancy of the fabrics.
