Stainless steel, water and light define the imagery developed for QuadroDesign’s Idealaqua collection. Through texturing, lighting and rendering, the CGI work recreates the subtle behaviour of brushed steel — from its grain and reflections to the way its surface shifts under different lighting conditions. Moving between full product views and almost abstract close-ups, the images bring material and detail to the foreground. Water and steam introduce movement and softness into the otherwise controlled compositions, creating a more tactile and sensory representation of the products.
The images are built through a controlled 3D setup, with particular attention to material response, lighting and camera placement. Brushed steel becomes the central element of the scene, shifting in character through subtle changes in reflection, texture and point of view.
